What are our shipping services and time frames?
*Due to COVID-19 please be mindful that arrival times may be slightly delayed.
For shipping rates and services outside of the U.S and Canada 8-15 business days. All orders placed will be mailed from our location each and every Friday. If you made a purchase on a Friday, shipment will be for the following week.
Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays, lost, damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses. In the event that a product is lost in transit, The Whitening Gals will help as much as is reasonably necessary to trace a missing package.
Orders may return to us for various reasons including incorrect address, failed attempted delivery, or unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.
